DAY 13 - Tuesday or Sunday - Vukovar & Osijek City Tours
Morning arrival in Vukovar, Croatia. Enjoy a city tour of Vukovar, the largest river port in Croatia. Continue on to a guided tour of Osijek that includes the Tvrda, the city's oldest quarter, home to some of Europe's most intricate Austrio-Hungarian Baroque structures. Here you will see such sites as St. Michael's Church and the Neogothic Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul. The tour also includes a boat tour through the Kopacki Rit, one of the richest, largest, and most beautifully preserved wetlands in Europe. Kopacki Rit is included in the IBA list (Important Bird Area) and is currently pending recognition for UNESCO’s list of World Natural Heritage Sites. Later continue on to the Croatian Danube Basin

Your tour of the fortress carries you inside where you will visit its military museum and a Turkish bath.
